Indian Army Spear Corps organised a visit of a unit for 100 students of Kendriya Vidyalaya, for an engaging and informative visit. The students were given a unique opportunity to explore various military equipment, including rifles, artillery guns & latest gadgets in the inventory of the Indian Army.
The highlight of the event was an inspiring motivational lecture presented by Havildar Rishi Kumar Ray, a Shaurya Chakra awardee, who shared stories of bravery & his own experience, where he had the opportunity to display courage & valour in the face of great odds & danger to life.
The students were captivated by his words of wisdom and enthusiasm. Subsequently a lecture on the benefits and process of joining the Indian Army was also delivered to the motivated students. The event concluded with an interactive session, providing a chance for the students to interact with the soldiers and ask questions.
This visit aimed to inspire and motivate the young minds to consider a career in the Indian Army and to foster a sense of patriotism and national pride. Senior officials of the Indian Army reiterated their commitment to inspire and groom the Young Bloods in furtherance of ultimate aim of Nation Building.
