Two students from PM SHRI Government Senior Secondary School of Sikkim invited to attend 78th Independence Day celebrations at Red Fort

In a momentous recognition of their academic excellence, two students from Sikkim, Roshna Thami and  Mingma Lepcha, have been accorded special privilege of attending the 78th Independence Day celebrations as Special Guests at the historic Red Fort in New Delhi.

Roshna Thami, a student of PM SHRI Biraspati Parsai Government Senior Secondary School, and Master Mingma Lepcha, a student of PM SHRI Government Senior Secondary School Samdong, has been selected for this prestigious honour.

This recognition is a testament to their outstanding academic achievements and exemplary behaviour.

The students will have the privilege of witnessing the grand celebrations, including the hoisting of the national flag, cultural events, and the address by the Prime Minister of India.

Their participation in this national event is a matter of pride for the state of Sikkim, their schools, and their families.
