Three illegal coal miners dead bodies recovered at Malu gaon of Tikak Colliery

Just few days ago Shubam Das a coal thief of Ledo dead body was recovered at 6 Number line near Tirap Colliery under Ledo Police outpost of Margherita sub division again the same incident occurred on Sunday night where 3 illegal coal miners died due to poisonous gas explosion at Malu gaon of Tikak Colliery under Margherita Police station of Tinsukia district.The three illegal coal miners belongs to Jogighopa of Bongaigaon district and they have been identified as Sahidul Islam,Hussain Ali and Hasmat Ali all below the age of thirty years. All the three illegal coal miners work for Jainol Ali notorious coal thief Sardar and they died at the illegal mines of Malu gaon which belongs to David Naga.After the incident occurred all three illegal coal miners dead bodies were forcefully buried near Malu gaon colliery which coal mafias buried the dead bodies without the concern of deceased family members. Jainol Ali is a notorious coal thief Sardar who hire illegal and suspected people from lower Assam area to work at illegal coal mines area of NEC Coal India ltd Margherita. It may be mention that every time illegal coal miners dead bodies were found at illegal coal mines area of North Eastern Coal Fields coal India ltd Margherita but every time neither Margherita Administration (Civil) nor Margherita Police and Assam Government took strong measure against coal thieves where innocent coal miners died and their family members wait for them. Conscious section people of Margherita demand an NIA and CBI enquiry against the illegal coal miners dead bodies and those who coal thieves who were involved their illegal property must be seized by Enforcement Directorate. When this correspondent contacted Palash Rajkumar Ahom,ADC(i/c) Margherita Administration he said that this type of unauthorized activities should be immediately stopped and those who were involved stringent action will be taken as per the law.
