The news of a massive fire that broke out due to a technical snag in the oilfield of oil India Limited located in Bagjan of Tinsukia district has caused a stir across the state causes damages to life and property where a large number of people’s property were gutted in the fire for several months, the Oil India Limited has taken steps to construct the FGSS (Fuel Gas Supply System) plant in Baghjan and the HAL offshore limited company has been working at the construction site of the project.
The company involved in the construction of the project has promised to solve the problem of unemployment as well as assured to fulfill the demands of All Adivasi student Association of Assam Tinsukia district executive committee.
On Wednesday a memorandum signed by AASAA Tinsukia district executive committee president Albert Orea and General Secretary Jarnel Minj handed over a memorandum to the Tinsukia district Deputy Commissioner and a copy to Tinsukia district superintendent of police to take stringent action against those vested interest people who were creating problem at Baghjan oil field area.
Jarnel Minz said that at Baghjan under Tinsukia District where in the name of commission some vested interest persons are creating problem to HAL offshore limited company so that the company may left the work which AASAA Tinsukia district committee is very much disappointed towards this inhuman act of those vested interest people as Baghjan oil field is surrounded by Adivasi community people.
All Adivasi Students Association of Assam (AASAA) Tinsukia District Committee President Albert Orea, General Secretary Jarnel Minz and AASAA Central Committee Joint Secretary Raja Kujur said that we have submitted a memorandum to Tinsukia district deputy commissioner and complete faith on the HAL offshore limited company as they shall provide jobs to educated youths of this area and other beneficiaries.
