Assam Rifles under the aegis of IGAR(S) and Royal Riders club of Chandel jointly distributed Stationery items and Sports equipment to around 45 children of Khoibu Centre village of Tengnoupal District. The event was attended by the Village Council Members and teachers and at the culmination sweets distributed to the children further heightened their joy.
The event during the present times when the state is gradually moving towards normalcy, underscores the commitment of Assam Rifles, to not only protecting the local communities but also working towards their betterment.
