Central School of Weapons and Tactics, BSF, Indore successfully organized the 35th Inter Frontier Aquatic Competition-2022 from 12th to 15th October. Shri Shankar Lalwani, Member of Parliament, Indore was the Chief Guest for the closing ceremony. Shri K K Gulia, IG, CSWT and STC, Indore and senior officers of the force welcomed the chief guest.
Teams from 11 frontiers of BSF participated in this four-day competition. Through this competition an attempt was made to discover new talent and select such sportspersons who can represent the force in future and participate in various national and international sports.
South Bengal Frontier led the medal tally with 09 Gold, 04 Silver and 05 Bronze and won the overall championship trophy. The title of best swimmer was also won by South Bengal Frontier constable Rajeev Ghosh.
Dr. Atul Fulzele, IPS, IG, South Bengal Frontier and senior officers of the force expressed happiness over the achievements of the players and congratulated them. He stated that the players have illuminated the name of this frontier by waving the flag of victory. He encouraged the morale of the players and wished them a bright future and stated that in future also our players will continue to increase the honor and respect of the force through various sports.
