West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee on Monday said she had blocked West Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar on Twitter to protest against his “unconstitutional and unethical acts” that were encouraging “BJP goondas” to kill TMC workers.
On Monday in Delhi TMC MP Sudip Bandyopadhyay requested President Kovind in Parliament with a request to remove Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar .
CM Banerjee also said that the governor has threatened the Chief Secretary and the police chief on several occasions.
CM Mamata Banerjee also said she has written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi several times, seeking the removal of Mr. Dhankhar but no action has been taken so far.
