On March 03, 2022 from 1500 hrs to 1700 hrs, under the supervision of Commandant of 44 Battalion, Shri Harvinder Singh Bedi organized a Volleyball Competition along with Civic Action Program at Border Out Post Manasamata.In which 8 teams participated, the team of South Chandpur got the first position and the team of Bulbulchandi got the second place. The first and second place teams were awarded with cash prizes as well as trophies and jerseys.
During the program, blankets, shovels, jerseys, syntax, summersible motors, water coolers, etc. were distributed to the villagers, schools and sportspersons of the surrounding villages according to their needs. There were more than 215 beneficiaries in total. There was a lot of enthusiasm among the villagers during organizing such a program. This type of event is organized by the Border Security Force from time to time so that the villagers and the needy can get support and the players of the village can get an opportunity to enhance their talent. People from nearby villages were present in large numbers during the programme.
