To enhance awareness about the advantages of organic farming including use of latest agricultural technologies to increase productivity, Assam Rifles organised an awareness lecture on organic farming and latest agricultural technologies at Zou Khunou Village, district Churachandpur in Manipur on 19 April 2024.
The awareness programme in ehwhich 28 villagers participated, focussed on ensuring no damage to ecological balance of the soil and advantages over traditional farming & available technologies. The participants were also made aware about the facilities and financial benefits extended by the Government on the same.
